Art Gallery & Wine Reception

10 AM–6 PM Saturday – 10 AM–5 PM Sunday
Friday evening at 7:00 PM the juried art gallery opens for public viewing. The opening is a social event designed for patrons to stroll through and purchase fine art in multi-media presentations. The evening includes a wine reception with the wine provided by bayleaf and hors d’oeuvres created by La Doce’ Vita and provided by bayleaf. A commemorative wine glass is included in the price of a purchased ticket for this event and hors d’oeuvres.
Purchase tickets online at $20.00 each. Tickets are limited due to building capacity.
*Present your prepaid receipt at “will call” at the door to validate your entry.
*IF there are tickets available at the event opening, expect to pay $25.00 at the door

Juried Art Gallery – The Juried Art Gallery is organized and run by the Pacific Northwest Art School. Artists representing every visual medium are encouraged to enter this competition. Download the Registration Form and the Prospectus to apply.
Jurors for this competition are selected by representatives from the Pacific Northwest Art School. Jurors are national and internationally known artists with art show judging experience.
■ Artwork must be original in design and execution and a true representation of the artist’s work. No prints, except hand pulled graphics.
■ Works must have been completed within the last two years. Work exhibited in past Coupeville Juried Art Exhibitions is not eligible.
■ 2-D artwork must be framed and ready to hang with sturdy screw-eyes or wire hangers and appropriate wire for weight and size of work. No Saw Tooth Hangers.
■ Art work of a three-dimensional nature must be accompanied by its own sturdy display stand if weight is over 40 pounds.
■ Wearable fiber art must be accompanied with its own display stand.
■ The CFA and Pacific Northwest Art School reserve the right to refuse any work they deem unsuitable.
■ Bring a one page Bio for gallery notebook.
Unframed Art – All work must be unframed and protected by shrink wrap or the equivalent. Prints and originals are accepted. No limitations on price. Entries must be labeled with artist’s name and price. These entries will be located in the Art Gallery (Recreation Hall) located at the corner of Alexander and Coveland Streets in downtown Coupeville. All items will be available for sale during the 7:00 – 10:00 PM Friday art showing/wine reception and during festival hours on Saturday and Sunday. Festival visitors who are not able to attend the preview of the Art Gallery Friday evening can spend quality time wandering through the juried art display between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday, and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
