The CFA is a group incorporated as a 501(c) 4, constantly looking for ways to increase our net proceeds each year. We strive to keep our overhead costs to a minimum. We have no paid staff. Our group is comprised of well over 250 volunteers who work on various projects throughout the year. It is important to note that our non-profit status lists us as a civic organization. We encourage our sponsors to think of Coupeville Festival sponsorship as an investment in our community. Donations may be considered a business/promotional expense.
