I use acrylic paint, modeling paste, wood & canvas to assemble original art work

I paint Japanese inspired wooden dolls, boxes, mushrooms, and gnomes using acrylic paints. I use digital art to create art prints, greeting cards, note cards, and other stationery items.

My work uses vintage sign letters and salvaged materials with images of cats and dogs. Some are cautionary tales some are pure delight. People of all ages enjoy working out the stories.

I do watercolor and acrylic paintings of animals. 80% of what I sell are originals . Cards, prints, tee shirts, calendars and children’s books I also create and sell.

Each painting begins with a rough pencil sketch on canvas, which serves as the foundation for the final composition brought to life with the application of acrylic paint.

Trees Have Feelings is a magical forest of whimsical hand-drawn STORY TREES, and songbirds. I uses an assortment of pen, ink, charcoal and water color to create each tree and songbird.
